People didn’t trust that Virgin Australia’s - Velocity Frequent Flyer was the best place to transfer all of their reward points to – even though it meant they would get more flights.

We weren’t helped by other airlines creating distrust by dragging passengers off planes, killing giant bunnies and then not owning up to it. 

So, we made a mistake and blamed it on an intern. But instead of hiding from it we, owned it and then let Australia take advantage of us.
